If any of your characters do not apply to any of these, indicate so in the commission form! ✨II. COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL WORKS
NON-COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
- The Artist retains all copyright to the commissioned work.
- All non-commercial use commissions will include a watermark
- The Artist has the right to post the commission work on social media unless discussed beforehand.
- The Client may not profit from the art, sell prints or products.
- The Client may not use the commissioned art for NFTs and/or Al training.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
- Commercial usage requires an additional 100% of your total commission price.
- Commercial usage includes the client making profit from the art as any type of prints, products, or merch.
- If the Client wishes to make profit from the art whether or not it will be days, months or years after the commission was finished, the Client must contact and compensate the Artist for commercial rights.
- Availing Commercial Rights does not mean that the Client has complete ownership of the creation of the artwork. That rights of ownership still goes to the Artist.
- Availing Commercial Rights gives you:
a. Removal of the Artist's watermark
b. Allows you to profit from the artwork via prints, products, or merch with no need for crediting the Artist.
- Friendly reminder, that although the rights to the artwork goes to the Client, it would be appreciated if the artwork remains unused for NFTs and/or AI training.
c. Photoshop clean layers to export character only layers.III. GENERAL TERMS
- A single commission may take approximately 1-2 weeks. Timeline will be agreed upon by both parties prior to starting the commission.
- If a client requests a rush commission, it will cost an additional 65% of the total commission price.
- Both parties understand that Client or Artist may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by the Artist.IV. PAYMENT
- Clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable down payment in order to get their commission started.
- Another 50% will be due upon finishing the commission.
- All payments can be made via Paypal, Wise, or Bank Transfer. Please make sure to change the currency to USD in Paypal prior to payment.
- Payment can also be made full upfront if the client prefers.V. PROCESS
- The Client must provide a clear idea of the work that they require. All client requests for form, function, file size or design, must be articulated to the Artist before commencing work. References (clothing, pose, setting) and detailed descriptions are much appreciated 💕
- The Artist will then provide the client with an invoice of their order and work will commence after the full or 50% of the payment has been received.
- Client will be sent work in progress shots in every stage (sketch, line art, and base color) before progressing to final render. Please give feedback before Artist continues to final render. Once work has commenced on the Illustrations, no further changes can be made. If further changes are requested, the Artist may request additional fees.
- High resolution PNG file and a 60 second timelapse for proof of no ai usage will be sent to Client after the second payment.
- The files will sent via Google Drive unless requested otherwise.
- The Google Drive folder and files will be deleted 30 days after the commission has been finalized. Any loss of files afterwards will be solely on the Client. Please save the files 💕
